A little about us
Chris and Danica crossed paths while working at Dekker, Perich, Sabatini (now known as Dekker) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. One fateful project in Roswell, NM resulted in countless 3-hour road trips and bonding over gas station snacks.
Chris relocated to Seattle in 2012 and Danica returned to Seattle in 2014. They once again found themselves working at the same architecture firm, SABArchitects (now Boulder Associates), from 2017 to 2024.
Danica: I’ve been practicing commercial interior design for over 20 years with projects spanning nearly every industry sector. I’m energized by every facet of the building process. Seeing a space evolve from bare bones to a fully finished and furnished environment is the most rewarding experience for me. For the small business owner or non-profit, building out a new space can be a daunting and expensive process. What I aspire to do with every client is make the process fun, tangible, affordable, and above all, successful.
Chris: I’ve been practicing architecture for over 35 years, with projects in multiple sectors. My project experience includes Commercial, High Rise, Hospitality, Biotech, Museums, and Multi Family. I enjoy shepherding projects from goal-setting to grand opening. I equally enjoy the relationships I form with all stakeholders. I especially enjoy keeping in touch with owners to see how they are thriving in their new spaces.
